Sevin spray is what I used. So far so good.

I am also in Missouri and I had a terrible infestation of blister beetles last summer. They completely took over. Yikes! Not fun.

Sorry for your flower damage. I have been defeated by thrips this year. Next year I will focus on prevention of pests, if that is even possible. Hope your other flowers fare better❣️

I did spray with seven dust hope it helps 😑
