One of my friend getting 45 LPA after 4 years of experience in IT company. He left CMA after qualifying Intermediate and he did some software course. Getting 45LPA at the age of 27 where most of students are still studying.
Mayuri I was also having the same doubt even I decided to drop cma and go for MBA or PGDM but then I gave myself a thought that the syllabus of CMA is almost same as CA so we are getting enough bookish learnings but we guys are lacking in putting soft skills thats why are not getting that much packages. So clearing exam is a huge challenge but it's our job to put on soft skills as much as possible.

Yes they are prefered more but if you have potential you will get selected Attempts doesn't matter
