    His stroke production is like butter. They are clean and effortless in his technique. Implementing his stroke would have great benefits 👍🔥🔥

    You should always push for form first which can take 2-3 years but it is well worth it. I have been working on trying to learn modern form after a 25 year layoff and a full reboot. It isn't easy but the speed of the ball and the feedback and ball quality is well worth the hard work pushing for pro form. I have watched this guy from Japan and he opened my eyes to using the hips more. I think I might even have more lag than him but he is more out in front and I am working on that. Great video.

      This video is performing very poorly, likely due to some mistakes I make. I will be posting an all-new more concise version of this one and then Part 2 to follow. Thanks for watching.

    I’ve seen Sinner mostly use a closed stance while Alcaraz uses a more open stance. Sinner is quicker and famous for his movement. Would love to know your opinion on that.

    Trying to get 1000 jumps a day (not all at once) drastically improved my footwork and reaction time. Other thing I am working on is improving my coordination and visual systems. Sometimes my eyes just dont track well enough. How low do you recommend jumping rope a day?

    • @TK-Tennis
      @TK-Tennis  4 месяца назад +2

      1000 jumps a day, that's amazing and impressive and more than sufficient from my perspective. Doing more may cause too much fatigue and be detrimental to when you want to play. I started doing 5 sets of 100 every other day after noticing how pathetic my footwork looked when watching back my videos. What level player?

    Semi open stance right ? I thought it was semi open rather than open as mentioned

    • @TK-Tennis
      @TK-Tennis  4 месяца назад

      Both, I'm referring to open stance as a general term which would include semi-open stance as well. You should interchangeably use open and semi-open stance positioning dependent on the variables of each independent shot. Generally the higher the ball gets above your waist or shoulder the more towards a full open stance you'll want to be when striking the ball. I think it's probably better to focus on loading-up the rear leg and let the left leg be more fluid between full open and semi-open positions.
      It was a good question and I'll try to give broader context in future vids.

    great video. Good order, start with footwork always. Good tip. And also made proper use of the youtube library. Thats how it should be done.

      Can you enlighten me what you mean by "made proper use of the youtube library"?

      @@TK-Tennis I think that we have some great videos in the youtube tennis community. Instead of explaining some concepts that are known to some people but maybe are not common knowledge, I think you can just mention/link a video from someone else instead of making your own video longer/ making an extra video about something that is done already. I think you did a good job at that.
