Its hard to do these strats on undead (you need blight to build) or the night elves (you loose the wisp when building tree buildings) The closest is probably the orcs but because of their building mechanics, orcs is limited to only one peon building the structure as opposed to limitless like human race. You can however try to slowly crawl your towers to their base when using night elves but they are slow as shit
