mini doughnut mix ? is that the same as the pancake mix ? can you make it using an allpurpose flour cause its easy to find and i guess it a little cheaper if im not mistaken.

@@annenicuuu9519 im a month late, but I don't believe pancake mix will work. You need flour with the right amount of gluten (helps with the structure of the dough and is what makes dough stretchy rather than "weak" like for soft cakes)
