I have a washer spinner and hang my clothes to dry. My washer spinner is a life line. The spinner saved my life to be able to do my wash at home and not drip at all. It cannot wash huge blankets but thats it. Everything else I wash. Its the best thing I have ever bought in my life. I wish they made them when I was young. Its great for the Incred-i-box.
I've hung my clothes to dry for the last 30 years, and you just get used to it. I use a folding tower drying rack, but If I were going to live in a TH, I might look at the wall mounted pull-out racks or lines, too.
@@Swim136 I totally agree. I have a private courtyard, and I'm way out in the countryside, but I still hang my wash on the tower in the utility room. It's neat because it holds exactly a washer load. I have to four-fold the sheets, but I have plenty, so I'm not in a rush for them to dry.

Yes, I would consider moving there! So the incredible tiny house is still $20K plus the painting, skirting, and a shed! I would also consider a 10 x 20 house! This is exciting!!!

I have to say Amanda this is not how I pictured your home lol . Being a designer and watching you do your design in the tiny homes is far from what you live in . But there’s a oeefect example of what you need versus a place to hold a lot of crap !! Please don’t be offended I think the southern hillbilly charm with garbage can is perfect . My 2hd husband was from Georgia born and raised bless his heart and his damn sweet tea I had to make every day . he said red neck invention and I remember the radiator wasn’t working right in the truck and he poured pepper in it and it was fixed lol 😂

I love your incred-I-box tiny home. When will you have more information about your larger model? Do you deliver to northeast Georgia or do we need to come and get it. I'm a single great-grandma and plan to put it on my daughter & son-in-law's property in Hiawassee, Georgia and all utilities are available. Since they have approximately 50 acres we're thinking about getting a few more in the future to rent out or sell and have our own little tiny house village. I worked for a builder approximately 15 years plus I traveled around the U.S. building Super Lowe's stores from Gainesville, Florida to Indianapolis, Indiana. I watched half of this last night and the rest of it this morning. I went to bed in a good mood, saying, "A day without Randy and Amanda just wouldn't be any fun." 😂 Hey Randy, Re: the flood zone... You should look into hiring a surveyor who could measure your elevation and prove that your land is NOT in a flood zone. I did that last year at my lake house and was able to get rid of the $350 A MONTH I was having to pay for flood insurance! It was worth the $1,500 I had to pay the surveyor. Paid for itself in less than five months and saved me over $100K in flood insurance payments on a 30 year mortgage. PS... Love your videos even when they are an hour and a half long. ❤
Your best Marketing is to tour the homes of the people in your villages. Nothing sells like seeing the talent of the people living in the home. Some people don’t have a vision but if they see what others have done with the basic house to make it a home.

I agree with you about custom homes. I took months and months of watching your videos, took what I loved the best and was nearly done designing my home, when you premiered your new models. The Birmingham comes darn close. I wanted 10×42 including 8ft porch. So, I'll eventually get the Birmingham and add a porch on soon after!

I was hoping to have my Incred-I-Box by Memorial day or so from before the building tragedy and have time to get it all painted and decorated to take to that festival but it's not looking like that's going to be the case. ☹️ Pamela's got built right away ahead of schedule because Matt could work on those other homes that needed to be repaired up in that region.

Amanda your yard looks great, you are on/off grid. How many acres do you own? Reminds me of my Grandfather's place that his Father built. Of course yours is much more modern or something. Grandpa had a water well and an outhouse that made Sears catalogues usefull. This was in Genery's Gap Alabama which later was joined by Bessemer. Everybody lived about 1/4 mile apart and all were relatives, no there was no inbreeding lol. I could go on but , ok I will. He loved farming and his mule that knew gee and haw. He worked from sun up to sun down and was the kindest person you'd ever meet unless you did him wrong.

Randy has several times on video the rent will always stay the same. It will be in your contract when purchasing your home.
