My Dad would take us to Klammoth Lake and pull it strait out of the lake and put it in a black garbage bag. Then afterwards take it home and let it dry on flattened paper grocery bags on the picnick table outside under the tree ( filtered sunlight). When dried...he would put it back in the garbage bag and stick it behind the front seat in his truck ( no sunlight). He would just pull it out and eat it like dryer lemongrass whenever he was trying to get over an ailment until he was over it...cause it would work Every Time this way. (This is the old way) The older way was with waterproof Weaved Baskets with lids.
I just bought some again blue green algae from Klamath falls. Started yesterday w about a tablespoon spoon or two and did today. Been working on fasting and eating right so hopefully this is a game changer. Thanks for your video.

I'm on the fence about ordering this... The site I'm ordering from is Power Organics, and my reason for consuming it would be to increase stem cells in my body... Will the happen if I take this product for that purpose
It mostly looks pretty good! My one point of concern would be the arsenic levels at over 3PPM being quite high... this is a much higher level of arsenic than we would ever allow in our products.
If it was me, I would take it, work your way though this bottle, enjoy it and be happy about it and focus on the beneficial compounds in there but then I probably wouldn't buy another one.
The iodine content of spirulina can vary significantly depending on factors such as its growing conditions, processing methods, and the environment in which it was cultivated. Generally, spirulina is not considered a high-iodine food, but its iodine content can range from negligible amounts to around 25 micrograms per 100 grams of spirulina.
@@addictivewellness I’m concerned about the AFA blue green algae, is this product suitable for people who suffer from hyperthyroidism, as you know they can’t take too much iodine unlike hypothyroidism, they are lack of iodine….
@@esthermelinda9568 Klamath Lake AFA also does not typically contain high levels of iodine. Like spirulina, the iodine content in AFA algae can vary based on where and how the algae is harvested and processed. Generally, these algae are not considered significant sources of iodine. Due to the natural variability and lack of comprehensive data specifically detailing iodine content in AFA algae, it's best to refer to product-specific nutritional information or contact the manufacturer directly for the most accurate details regarding its iodine content.

Hi Samantha! I wouldn't expect this on it's own to have a significant impact. But certainly a healthy anti-inflammatory diet with good amounts of long chain omega 3s and not to much starch/carbs/sugar is always a good idea and blue green algae can certainly be a part of that. 😊🙏🏼

@@samanthahicks3333 I have a moderate degree of familiarity with it, but I'm not a doctor, so I can't make personalized recommendations.
