this skin needs some adjustments, well just like the nymph one it looks gorgeous in the splash art but fails in the actual game. both of them need to be a bit flashy and some more effects like twinkling sparkle go around (i was very disapointed by the nymph one as it doesnt fit an S tier skin like geisha)
tbh for me, while playing, it looks a little better than i thought it would. personally tho, id layer the skirt similarly to the red shoes, animate the ribbons, and adjust the doves’ effect/placement
I actually do like this skin but i agree that it looks A tier. Them putting birds or whatever effects around to make it s tier (like what they did w monstrous bird, ephemeral etc.) doesnt work anymore cuz its starting to get overuse and they kinda did it w A tier skins like mulan and salome
The skin looks too ordinary to be a S tier honestly...maybe if they add more distinctive effect like Mary TPN collab skin that add flowers to the rocket chair, or William S tier that changed a bit of his sprint animation it will feel more like S tier.
They need to come up with something new when designing skins. Logic path is always flower themed, lord farquad pants look ugly, capes on one shoulder are repetitive, and effects have become so underwhelming.
