and if we want to modify the 3d on archicad how can we re-import it on lumion without wanting to redo all the textures

In whichever modifications you do make sure you dont change the name of the ArchiCAD file..........just open both the lumion file and ArchiCAD file and click on Live sync in your ArchiCAD toolbar.
