Helen Grace and her children -- Jared, Simon and Mallory -- move from New York to their ancestral home, Spiderwick, in Michigan. Jared, 15, discovers a boggart and realizes that magical creatures are real. His great-aunt Lucinda implores Jared to find the pages of her father's field guide to magical creatures and protect them from the murderous ogre, Mulgarath.
Today on #JoBloCelebrityInterviews our very own Jimmy O. sat down with the cast including Christian Slater along with Joy Bryant as they talk about their characters in the series, Slater talks about his monstrous side, and Bryant mentions her experience in motherly roles, although not being a mother herself!
We were also joined by the three Grace children, played by Lyon Daniels, Noah Cotterell, and Mychala Lee as they talk about being siblings on screen, as well as the metal issues that is reflected in the story and how it convays to real life.
