Not to mention, Flavio, that the event page mentioned that you can obtain this item by attacking 200 mercenaries, BUT the truth is that it gives you skillset codex only from the first 100 mercenaries, so guys do not attack 200 mercenaries, attack only 100 and save your energy, I've tested it twice now since were in the second day, and yes the truth is it can be obtained only from the first 100❤, great video Flavio 🙏🏻 best wishes

the skillset stats are not passive, they take effect only if that particular ren is leading the ops. thats mentioned in the ! icon but not in the skill detail. i also tried and observed the stats in real estate by altering them.
Says in M C instructions but they horrible Flav explains so much better
Health, attacked, defence, ops & raid capacity are all Passive. I tested Bulker Health on Celeste & my stat went up by 2%. Your stats may have changed because of medallion/prototype buffs of the Renegades that you replaced.

I did the biker damage stats investment on Devil Ray, but it doesnt show in my battle report. As for the attack stats, i did that as well at max level which suppose to give me plus 10 percent, however i only got half of it in my battle report

Why didn't you mention the (Bulker/Vehicle) part around the 5 minute mark? Are you sure this, "upgrade" to Jair would help against bikers? Because if it only helps against bulker/vehicle it's not a great upgrade, if an upgrade at all.
You're right. It'll only Target bulkers and vehicles just like the old skill. It won't Target bikers. I should've used a different example
