I know a lot of people don't like Jamie Gold's antics in the kings versus aces hand versus Farha... but it's one of my favourite hands to watch. Sammy's talk is classic "You got a problem with your hand" and once it dawns on Gold that Sammy has aces he really ends up saving a lot of money by confusing Farha. Big assist to Esfandiari for coaxing the blind bets pre=flop. Add in Gabe Kaplan's commentary and this hand is an all time classic for poker players.
Doyle legend: if my father knew I was losing money in this poker game, he would come out of his grave and beat the heck out of me.. Hahaha😂😅

Just because he hit a 1 in a billion shot and won the main event using it so now he thinks doing it is +EV.. telling ppl your cards in the middle of a hand is never going to be a winning play.. doesnt surprise me he lost his 12 million within a year or two.. he has absolutely does not belong playing anywhere near these stakes! He has less than $500k in cashes outside of his win and gets SMOKED in the high stakes cash games. He’s a terrible player

The aces vs. Kings hand exemlifies what a weasel gold is, when he thinks hes got it he says reraise me and means it, but when he thinks he lost he begs for mercy, sammi screwed this hand up with all the talk, he,s trying to seem weaker than he is and he let gold off the hook. 15:56. Jamie knows now and he wants mercy, the mercy that he,s never given
He once checked ace queen on the river when he hit top pair on the flop and Sammy had nines (river wasn’t that wet either). The pot sizes were pretty similar too, but I have no idea if Sammy even accounted for that soft play when checked his aces.
5:10 This is the proper way to act with the casual players at the table. Take the pressure off of them. Both Guy and Jamie don't really know what's going on but they're happy.

It's a pity that Jamie Gold lost all his 4 million left after he won WSOP 2006 (out of 12 million he got only about 4 million, since he paid taxes and shared with his backer). He even had to sell his WSOP bracelet in order to pay taxes for his winnings at cash tables, cause US legislation doesn't consider losses in case you bought chips for cash and not by card at a cashier's desk.
