when the #1 COUNTER to a unit doesn't COUNTER it anymore, then you know you have major balance issues. especially when 2 of the units its supposed to counter are mad cheap in comparison....
I feel like with the CA he thought it would be all-in monks rather than a castle. But that's why you don't make decisions like that blind I suppose. You get it wrong and you're fucked. But even then....are CA the best choice against monks? I just don't get it.
Turks representing seljuk turks (having access to janissaries and a focus on gunpowder) feels really weird having good cav archers. The cav archer turks should maybe be separated out as timurids or turkmen or something.
Why is it weird to you? Its common theme in game, thats why you advance through ages... Franks are more weird - axemen would be from late roman period, while having late medievalknights and gunpowder.
i think you should mix up the wins and losses so you don't know who is gonna win overall. when there's like 15-20min left in the video and one player is up 2-1... its obvious who wins 3-1...
