The OST version has no instance of the guitar, heartbreaking. Many of the in-game tracks are much better.

That intro alone is enough to make the OST version of this song literally unlistenable. Those guitars actually add so much, holy shit.
Such a shame that they're not in the 8-bit version of the song, since the 8-bit tracks seem to be based in the OST version of the music, in a way. (edit after over an year later: a more likely reason for this might be because the electric guitars and basses were recorded instead of being made with virtual instruments, so any extra melodies played by the guitar in the non-8bit versions were not included in the 8-bit versions, except for the extra part in Nevermore I think, since it's crucial for the song)
