This is great! Could you possibly make a version without the guitar/high pitch noise? Your other aff tapes are awesome, the high pitched noise part kept giving me a headache within a couple minutes when I listen. Everything else on the aff tape is perfect, I love revision just wish I could listen to longer without my head hurting :( I can even sleep with the drums in the older vids so it seems just that part.
Is there a science behind the way you say certain phrases? Like, my ears hear the repeated "you've always had a perfect life" with a bit of blasé nonchalance; while they hear the tone in the repeated "you don't you struggle you THRIVE" with an air of 'good haughtiness'. Just wondering if there is something to how you pronounce certain things?
