    I’d love to find someone who would do a podcast on us who’ve had a hysterectomy and the effect of that in our hormones.

      I am a gynaecologist consultant who had total abdominal hysterectomy for big benign fibroid. I had the operation in Germany and was working in Hamad Medical corporation, Doha , Qatar,. Told the surgeon don’t touch my ovaries and my appendix. My hormones continued to 55 years Old as I monitored my self I. E from 1991 to 2006.But that operation changed my surgery for women . I started to do only subtotal hysterectomy very simple quick easy to do and didn’t damage the pelvic nerves affecting bladder function. Wait for a video to do on my you tube channel in English. Name of my channel is dr samiera Sadoon al Hassani , subscribe to be informed. Surgery was my job but my Western teaching do total hysterectomy to prevent carcinoma of the neck of the womb was wrong as it damage pelvic nerves affecting my emptying of my bladder . Start with video of sleep and gut health done in Covid epidemic but they are classic up to date as all diseases start in the gut . Some videos are in Arabic as my mother tongue is Arabic from Babylon.

    Is it just the caffeine in the coffee that causes the inflammation? I drink mostly organic Swiss water process decaf, but I do have 3 or 4 cups per day.

    Define excess.

      Excess is sugar that you don't burn right away bye exercise, Bicycle etc., For sports people sugar is not as bad as for office people.
