Homestly Bataco is one of the most underrated beatboxer out there. He is always overshadowed because of his loss against Codfish.
Bataco has inspired me so much and is the reason why I beatbox today. I can agree so much here because he is soo amazing. Easily can beat most beatboxers in my opinion. He's very underrated
In Japan he is admired like God. I was inspired a lot by him.

Napom made so many bangers back in the day, people focused too much on the fact he used a lot of liprolls instead of focusing on the really cool structure he was doing with the liprolls..
He was making very musical battle rounds, in a time when not a lot of people were approaching this musically.
That was a dope round, I forgot about that napom drop, but it's really good 🔥
He made a huge statement in the beatbox industry throughout his time, forever remembered
Napolm just isn't that good. His rhythm is bad in my opinion. Idk why never been able to like him

Same deal with King Inertia and his inward bass. They forget his writing is way better than everyone else.

Inertia beats are so basic, if he didn't have the tone to his bass then he wouldn't be as successful as he is.
If he wasn't able to go as low, then he wouldn't have won ABC and he wouldn't have been invited to gbb.
My favorite 'Colaps" moment is definitely your 'that's not me' routine. Right after an intense moment with your opponent-could see that you were a tad flustered, but followed it with the composure of your 'That's Not Me'. Was a very cool moment.

@@Colapsbbx for me it's the 72S streak and your round against dlow in camp 72S. Your melodies and structure was minimal back then but that emphasized the tech and drums a lot more. Crazy quality

I just wish he would prep more for his battles - in 2015, 2017 - you could really tell he came prepared with full rounds of routines. But I feel like lately, it's mostly just freestyling and hoping his energy (which is great) will overshadow his opponents and that he'll get the win because of that. Still one of my favorite beatboxers (has been since 2015) but still.
@@Helldog6 yeah because he said on his streams that he has nothing to prove anymore, back thehn, he was the underdog, a new one, and he wanted to impress and show the world who he is, but now everyone knows, so he battles for fun

Bataco was one of the first beatboxers I enjoyed because his textures were you unique and his style was unique. I was a more casual fan and i did not enjoy tech that much but now i do.

One of my favorite drops is Napom's "Let's get this shit" drop from his elim in GBB2021. Absolutely crazy and the snare placements are still stuck in my head.

TylaDubya's "Primal Fear" drop on Trung Bao will always be in my top 10, if not top 5. When I first heard it years ago, I was just floored in a way that very few beatbox rounds have done.
Your "Fuck It Up" round against Zekka is also up there. The first big drop of Den's "Twisted Fate." D-Low's round against Zekka in the online kickback, the "Don't take this personal"....the flow and grove of that just slays me.
D-low's 2nd round's final drop against Zekka in the KBB finals has to be the most difficult combo to ever exist
Tbf the most difficult combo might be colaps vs zekka "Hold up lemme fuck it up"
Or Colaps vs Inertia "Precision" XD
