How’s the temperature on longer use? Hindi ba nag ooverheat? This the problem I have with SmartRocket, even if it has ventilation. This Dlink doesn’t have any, hindi ba nag hahang where it loses the internet and requires you to restart? Thanks in advance!
i have not tried the zte f50, but per spec sheets, both are the same with some band difference. i would get the cheaper one possible, but if you want to be able to use it globally, the dlink is already tested with roaming..
@@jamane4855 hi, Dlink is nice modem so far. I was able to use it to stream youtube, netflix, play mobile legends without lag when im outside the house but mostly im just in BGC (Taguig), Makati, Mandaluyong or Pasig areas where 5G is almost everywhere. so if you’re in areas with weak signal, then the Dlink modem will just be useless: I went to boracay last week and while DITO & Globe signals are decent at frontbeach, I cannot get fullbar internet signal when I was inside my hotel (I stayed at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa). Same in Bulacan areas, signal is spotty and it is hard to find 5G signal so my Dlink modem became useless there. as for the speed, it really depends on your carrier signal and location. Personally, i was able to reached more than 100mbps actual speed using DITO 5G or Globe 5G (if signal is at its best). SMART/TalkNtext simcards are thrash. I cant even reach 20mbps regardless of what city I go, I dont know why. As for battery life, i cant remember exactly but I think I was able to use it 6hrs straight during a nightout with 2 concurrent devices connected to it (sorry i cant remember how many battery percentage was left). In summary, i think it’s a powerful modem on the go as it’s something you can just slip in your small bag. it’s a tad bit lighter and smaller than my iphone15plus). I dont regret buying it, but sometimes I do get frustrated when there’s no 5G signal in some places ive been to. But it’s not the modem’s fault but rather a simcard/carrier limitation.
@@jamane4855 yup. Im satisfied with it. Im using DITO sim and their unli 5G load and im averahing 100 to 200mpbs. Hi sir, thanks for bringing this up, I actually didn't include it on the video for this video will be much longer, I intend to do a second video for this one to show the comparison in performance between tethering a mobile phone and a dedicated mobile hotspot. but to answer the questions, mobile phones are designed to access the internet via wifi not actually intended to broadcast and act as an access point or tethering mode, so mobile hotspot are better in managing and providing good connection over wifi for they are built that way. but we will still test it side by side if the performance is actually noticeable.

Will it work in indian bands ?
Yes it should work since it is an openline model, and dlink have mentioned it will work on over 130+ countries
