Michael Wilson is a stud. I think he’s an excellent #2WR and an elite run blocker, but he hasn’t began to reach his potential he can be a Pro Bowl caliber #2WR, at 6”2-213 running a 4.51 40 he has elite lateral quickness running a 1.50 10YD split, 6.81 3 cone n lived more reps of 225 than any WR all in the 90th percentile or better w/ a 37.5 vertical. Wilson reminds me a lot of DET WR 6”0-205 Amon St Brown who ran a 4.61, 1.63 10YD split both in the 18% or lower w/ a 6.9 3 cone, 38in vert n elite power for his size 20reps of 225. Brown isn’t the fastest but he’s a technician and knows how to get open . Wilson has elite lateral quickness/explosiveness, is tremendous in traffic n on 50/50 balls and is an elite route runner. I think Michael Wilson has a big YR2 as the Cards #2 who catch’s 70-75rec/1050-1150YDs and 5-6TDs. And Wilson is just one piece on an extremely gifted offensive roster … In the slot is Dortch is the slot catch’s 55-65/750-800YDs 2-3TDs and Elite #1WR Marvin Harrison Jr likely sees 85-90/ 1350+YDs n 10-12 is a pretty conservative number. Averaging 16YDs per catch if he has just 85 receptions thats 1,360YDs. 90rec at 16YDs/Rec would be 1,440YDs If MHJ AVG 17yd/85rec that’s 1,445 . 17YDrec over 90receptions is 1,530YDs. With a terrible QB last year he AVGd 18.1yd/rec and averaged 17YD/Rec in his college career. Being a rookie I lean on the conversation side 85rec/1350YDs and he’ll see a ton of redzone targets so 10-12TDs is very doable especially with 2TD already on the board. Arizona gets excellent #2/#3 caliber 6”2-205lb Zay Jones back in a couple weeks and being the vet he is he will be very effective. Vet 6”1 WR Chris Moore is on the squad of course but once he gets comfortable in this offense I think we will see 6”0-185lb WR Xavier Weaver with 4.42sxpd being an elite route runner he has the talent to become an excellent #3. And then you look at TE lead by Elite top 5 receiving TE 6”4-255lb BEAST TE Trey McBride is a easily a top 5TE and will see 80-90rec for 1000+YDs n 7-10TDs likely #2 red zone target behind MHJ. AZ has an excellent pure receiving #2TE converted WR w/4.58 40 speed in 6”4-247lb Elijah Higgins and AZ drafted an elite blocking TE with the athleticism as the most athletic TE in this last draft in big 6”5-270lb TE Tip Reimann w/4.59 40 speed a 35in vertical he reminds me a lot of Gronk … Reiman is will just get better n better the more he plays n more comfortable he gets likely doing mostly blocking but he’ll be a beast in the short to intermediate pass game as no one is going to want to step in front of him running downhill.Once he picks the scheme up . Arizonas passing offense is going to be one of the best and hardest to stop in the NFL this season especially being attached to an elite top 3/5 rushing offense that will only continue to improve once rookie RB Trey Benson gets his legs under him n confidence in this new to him offense. Emari Demarcado with a 91PFF grade is legit and James Connor is one of the best in the NFL. AZ offense is legit and will be one of the leagues best this year.
Depends on the cost of they want trade him for basically nothing like a 7th with AZ taking on his roster that could be an ABSOLUTE STEAL of a trade for AZ. I’ve always thought a major reason why Young was failing had nothing to do with him. They threw him to the wolves in a horrible situation in Carolina, then they fired the staff brought in a brand new offense he had to relearn with again a horrible offense around him no run game terrible OL minimal weapons in the pass game. He was behind the 8 ball from day 1 and they did NOTHING to help him or develop his talent. I think he would have been a lot better in Houston n that Stroud would struggle here to a degree though not as much as young. Bryce Young’s career could be salvaged. You let him sit and learn the playbook this year and how we do things then next year have him compete with Tune for QB2. I think you give Young a good OL he can trust, get him comfortable in a rhythm/timing offense with an elite run game he can lean on and elite skill weapons at WR/TE that we have I think he could thrive. And then you let him play in the pre season and in blowouts bring him in to play in the 4th quarter if he’s shredding n u have confidence to showcase his skill set. Obviously AZ has an elite top 5 QB in Murray so Young isn’t ever starting here I say Young could be an absolute STEAL because if Drew Petzing turns Young around salvaging the young man’s career then all of the sudden you have a QB prospect you can get a 1st rd pick or a couple 2nds for in trade to a QB needy team in 2-3yrs for now for a guy you gave up a 7th for. Obviously that’s best case scenario, but for the cost a 7th rd pick I’d roll the dice 😂
Last thing though, Bryce on the move is nothing like Kyler Murray. Murray has other worldly speed/elusiveness n athleticism that Young just doesn’t have. Young needs to play for the pocket in a rhythm/timing system as he doesn’t have the athleticism to elude pass rushers outside the pocket in the NFL.
My sole gripe about Murray as my qb is that he likes his steak medium well (according to his new RUclips vlog) but otherwise I think I might be k1s biggest fanboy
Robinson is back in a couple weeks and I cannot wait to get the absolute MONSTER 👿 that is Uber athletic 6”5-286lb 3-4 DE/T Darius Robinson out on the field. With his twitched up upper body, explosive get off n elite explosive first step tied to ungodly power with extremely heavy violent hands this man is going to live in opposing backfields. He is going to be elite versus the run from day 1 and he’s going to get a lot QB Hits/Pressures n 4-6 sacks in 12 starts. Robinson is going to thrive as an attacking 3-4DE playing mostly 5T but also wide 9/4i and will also kick inside on 3rd downs when they want best pass rushers on the field on 3rd downs. Robinson is a more powerful young JJ Watt that’s who his comp is and he will be deployed in a very similar manner in the NFL.
Kyler Murray is an Elite top 5 QB just ever since the roster imploded in 2022 they haven’t had talent around him. And our drug addicted ex GM Keims horrific set the roster around him way back. Now that Murray has the pre-requisite talent around him an excellent OL, deep elite run game and LOADED Elite WR n TE room you see the other worldly talent Kyler Murray possess. He’s an absolute monster with the pre requisite talent around him. No QB in the NFL possess elite top 3 arm talent like Murray while also possessing elite top 3 rushing ability n other worldly athleticism with the ball in his hands. His mastery of the play action game with not only elite but as good as it gets accuracy n ball placement on his deep throws is insane. Kyler Murray will post a career All Pro caliber season a top the MVP race with a very good chance of winning it, he’s an elite QB and the Cardinals offense will be extremely difficult to defend because of it. Murray at the very least will make his third Pro Boel posting a 1st team all pro season and could easily win MVP of 2024 this year leading AZ to a playoff birth. Looking at SF roster possibly winning the NFCW is in play, SEA is not as good as their record shows they’ve had the easiest schedule to date to open the season n it gets very hard after Miami and I think they’ll get exposed as pretenders soon.
It really isn’t. If you follow this team you would know the only thing that has stopped Kyler has been injury. He’s never had an issue performing at a high level. He had a HC amd GM that never supported him the way they should have.
Kyler was the front runner for MVP half way through the 2021 season before missing games to an injury. Not to mention Rookie of the year and 2X Pro Bowler. How does this narrative that he's been a bad player even get formed?
Michael wilson was such a great get man. So well spoken, prepared, and fun to listen to, especially when hes so excited about the team

Wouldn’t mind Bryce young as the backup. I’ve always thought having a ab similar to how Kyler plays is the move.

This offense is not even in sync yet.. Defense is looking very solid as well!💯

What does this team look like week 6 and 7 when Robinson and Jones come in?
📈

Mike Wilson is fantastic
I kinda laughed when Mike caught a first down pass and spun the ball mid field on his own 40 😂😂
Tbf to the title of this video that's a pretty low bar lol
