Honestly I use epicor for the last 3 years... expensive ...complicated.....and non functional out of the box... the best = only if you pay & only if it is set up properly....Basic functionality a business don't work unless you pay and pay and pay.....Epicor is the best? I do agree ....but with a price tag.. Not affordable for any small or midsize business in my opinion. Even asking for help will cost you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ or perhaps that is the vendors fault?
