When I went into a bird store, I overheard the owner talked about her chem class and that her professor doesn't explain the difference between an ionic bond and a covalent bond, I then asked for a piece of paper and explained to her. She said what she learned from me in 30 min is what she learned in 2 weeks.

I am currently in an honors chemistry class and our teacher does not always explain the topics very well, so I find your videos very helpful. I have a stoichiometry test in two days, and a lot of my classmates (and me) were very lost on the subject, so I sent them some of your videos and it helped us a lot. Guess it's late to answer you, but % yield is the actual yield done by actually experimenting the chemical equation divided by the theoretical yield of the product

At 8:49, he said we have to find the moles of AlCl3, but actually, we have to find grams of Al i.e. the REACTANT and we can see that in the question. SO we do not have to find the grams of AlCl3 left but the grams of Al left. Hope everyone understands the question.

this is the theoretical yield. its just the amount you get from the limiting reactant.
