They did a good job at fitting polarity in naturally without making it feel forcefully improvised, but also easy to see the parallels of what if we had andre

I just love how seamlessly they incorporated polarity in the story arc, doesn't feel forced at all.. A man Guiltdriven by his son's death helps out his son's friends

They didn't know Godolkin himself was a Supe. He was a normal person when he was last seen. So they had no reason to believe Godolkin was not just a Supe, but Cipher specifically.
Reason why Marie is still a rookie. If she can detect V in blood, she should detect that when attempting to heal someone

Jordan said he was in constant pain. Jordan also saw the burned man I Cipher’s house.

It’s not such a far jump from there to think maybe Thomas was in fact the actual cipher.

Anyone else feel like there's so much more to explore for each character but we only have 1 episode left? I felt like they haven't flushed out a lot of them in the show this season. Like damn I hate how each season is 8 episodes now for so many shows.
Agreed, the pacing is off this season, could have used 10 episodes or more
I’m not sure, I think they’ve fleshed out Marie’s arc this season quite perfectly, and am excited to see where they leave off with her. Cate and Sam have also had compelling arcs. I do wish Jordan and Emma had a bit more to do though, granted, Emma had a fun dynamic with Polarity and Jordan’s shared storyline with Marie is really heartfelt.
Yeah the pacing is kinda stale
The writing is bad. They should have gotten to this point of the story in the end of episode 4. But now they’re going to try and cram as much as they can in a 60 minute finale. The only thing that could make it good at this point is if they decide to kill off another main character. I feel like Cait is going to die.
Edit: or maybe Jordan, that would be more shocking.

Gen V introduced so many new extremely strong and powerful supes Marie, Jordan, Sam, Greg, Polarity, Godolkin, Vikor, Harper.. Makes the show a lot more fun to watch

What would her knowing he’s a supe change lol. Also that functions on you assuming that when she’s healing him she’s also paying attention to the contents of his blood.

she was already expecting him to have V on his body, i mean, if he was alive, he had to be over 100 years old and to be powerful enough to survive for so long

How he puppetized Doug for decades is the question?
I'm assuming after he survived the accident he puppeted the first person he saw when he was found and just went from there, securing his own body and biding his time scheming away at a way to fix himself. He probably hopscotched from a number of hosts before finding the right one to make a fake identity with
@BladedShardMaybe that cipher guy (doug) whatever his name is was just a regular doctor?.. that'd explain why he was holding marie in that photo, which her aunt showed her. Probably that same doctor treated godolkin and then when he woke up, he made him his puppet
@UrathenxDoug was just some guy, he said he worked at blockbuster, which means that he probably was being controlled for several decades by Godolkin. And seeing as how Godolkin could puppet Doug from miles away, it also means he could probably possess someone from that distance too
So basically he can control 2 people at a time? Doug and other supe.
More than that, he's shown controlling multiple people in the episode 8 teaser
@_YomboPolarity manages to disturb Godolkin's powers. And I think that Godolkin before when he was burned and injured could have a limit of how many people he could control. Now that he is healed he will probably be able to control a lot of people at once.. except Marie and Homelander because they are super of the Odessa project so I think they will resist Godolkin's control.
Not at the same time, he can control one at the time then switch to a another.

NO! Not even close to be honest. The Boys isn't always at it's best but when it hits it's strive, boy let me tell you it really hits the ground running! Unforgettable character moments, and scenes. Definitely better
My only question is if cypher is a puppet, how is this guy controlling him Why simultaneously switching the other supes to make them fight eachother wouldnt he of broke free wow he was switching his consciousness to sam or the other supes
He uses Doug's body as a proxy for his powers, he can affect several people at once. When Godolkin got healed he abandoned Doug, since he was seriously hurt and wasn't needed anymore
