Why only 6 days..? No one can detox, change lifestyle or lose weight in only one week. 1-3 month would be nice... Dig you come across anything like that..? Something similar to Club La Santa sport..?

      Hi Den,
This was more of a kickstarter - diagnose issues and get on the wagon for a healthier lifestyle - it's been a year since this, and have since spent 2 months at a Fitness Bootcamp in Thailand, and made drastic changes to my diet to avoid the allergens I didn't know about before. Titan Fitness in Phuket Thailand where I was seems to be a similar concept to Club La Santa - cross training, full body workout, functional training, muay thai, nutrition coach, all inclusive food, training and accommodation.

@@danhogston Titan was the 2month boot camp..? And what was the price..? Would that be for normal people or millionaires..? Last one I saw was $750/day :-(

@@DenRoedeMogM Hi, I have been paying $750 a month for Titan including accommodation (it's off season) - this is for as many classes a day as you like and access to the gym - i only train once a day as working remotely but theres a good range of classes to choose from - accom is great too. I plan to make a video on it soon.

@@danhogston So it's possible to do remote work..? I'm a CAD engineer and just need good internet. Maybe i could get a trip like this approved. Have you made a video of titan..?

@@DenRoedeMogM I have a Phuket video from a year ago that features Titan and the area its in (Fitness Street) - i'm in the process of filming "Living in Thailand for $1000 a month" - it won't exclusively be about Titan but will show it and the accommodation I am staying in. I am working a bit more than training, only getting 1 session in a day currently - I work from coffee shops and the hotel room, and for my needs it's been fine or remote work.

What a shame that they're offering animal meals in their stunning retreat center. Animal products are the cause for many of our ailments! "Raw Alive Foods" are the foundation for a healthy alkaline energetic system.

Hi Alex, thanks for your comment - meat was by request, but they prefer to offer vegan meals - any meat they do offer is organic and ethically sourced though. Thanks, Dan
