we need the film on this side of the pond! looks great,i have watched the trailer 1000 times! tt fan in the usa.
Fantastic film a must see. Guy is a huge character (Fred Dibnar style) a man passionate about what he does. A real grafter
Superb film, fantastic photography and successful delves into the personalities of those brave men and women who partake in the greatest motorcycle race on earth. They couldn't have chosen a better main character as Guy, his crazy eyes are mirrors of his passion for the race. I never realised someone could be so appealing simply talking nonsense in his maintenance pit whilst servicing trucks
8 years old and 0 dislikes 🙌🏼👍🏻
Great Man Great Road Racer Great Champion for what he does. The film Re the TT should get a BAFTA. Thanx for posting this. Great Ulster Grand Prix.
Such a true opinion!
They really did do a good job of making the film. I honestly say that even if your not a massive fan of bikes then your enjoy this. Its just really awesome.
this 'guy' is incredible!
Please make a ntsc DVD version for the States!!!
The bloke is as sound as a pound, wish him well in the future.
he talks as fast as he rides!
Many newcomers qualify on their first time at the race if you are fast enough to qualify you race
No idea how they do it, bikes feel so heavy at speed and forces are multiplied so much that any twitch or last min bottle out will end I'm disaster! Watched this movie 1000times most likley and I still buzz when I watch it, can't bear bikes can't beat TT and can't beat guy, it would always have been a great movie but with guy as unofficial lead, he humbled it and made it what it is
Its actually really easy. You concentrate or you die. The difficult part is not thinking about it. If you're thinking about it, you're not concentrating and if you're not concentrating... Well, those drystone walls hurt when you hit them.
To quote a scene from the movie Last Samurai:
Nobutada: [after Algren is defeated in sword pratice] "Please forgive; too many mind".
Algren: [puzzled] "Too many mind?"
Nobutada: Hai, mind the sword, mind the people watch, mind enemy - -too many mind.
Nobutada: [seriously] No mind.
You need to take a few years learning the track before you qualify to race. You can't just jump on a superbike and go. Otherwise it would be horrific haha. But i you can watch it on here now man i just did. An amazing piece you'll love it.
Was this interview,by any way, taken in a Firmdale Hotel in London?
