You might want to change the title of your video now, Pixel 7 ships with support only for 64 bit version of apps so if you have a 32 bit version of an app/APK it will simply not install on a 64 bit Android OS like the Pixel 7.

thank you so much!!! i was able to install the game mod fine from the browser in phone, and it installed successfully. but when i tapped 'open' on the prompt, it kept redirecting to the setting about allowing other apps to pop up? it was confusing. since you went to homescreen, i went to homescreen as well, and the game mod is there! marvellous!

Seems android 13 more aggressive to handling non playstore apps, mod apps. I had tried install few an apk, successful but can't use. It freeze few seconds & suddenly out /close. I also try with my 2018 phone which running on android 9, same failed result except few apps like mod **nema*ter 😜
