Glasses are ok, but important when trying to read and reduce strain. If you can - update the frames. Or contacts if you can manage them. Also, if it's been awhile, you may need to update your prescription on your eye glasses. I doubt anyone would make fun of you, but if they did they would be the dumb one because you are just a Clark Kent in those glasses. 😊

It flushes out potassium and other nutrients, low levels of which can be dangerous. Obviously, if you run a marathon in 100° weather, make an exception to the rule. Please be careful if Google says something different & remember that Google doesn't have a medical degree or consequences for malpractice. Call your own doctor and ask them if you want to verify this. Just trying to keep you healthy. :))

I try to work out every day at 2 pm. and walk 10 thousand steps a day. I will do this 1 month and check my weigjt again
