Thanks for the great film. 212 once ran coal on the Ebbw line from Cleynen South colliery in South wales. As a nipper I recall one day, the driver gave the horns a blast, and they stuck on, what a din that was. The engine stopped at the top of my street , one of the crew clambered onto the roof to silence the horns. I've never forgotten that incident. I think most of the street tuned out to see what was going on. First time i've seen 212 since then, apart from a picture some years ago, of it awaiting it's fate in the cutters yard. In the last year there have been a pair of 37's running here in Norwich, on a commuter line.

Nice one. Thank you Jake.
Another great sequence !
Shot from the east side of Dawdon crossings (now a footbridge and signal box sadly no more). Houses in view are Grant's Crescent.
I love these trains, bet it was awesome to drive one

Lovely blast from the past:-)
Nice :-D :-D :-D. I like the class 37's :-).
Cheers!
It's not unfitted. The wagons had vacuum brakes, there was a continuous pipe to the brakevan.
