One of the older Douglas-firs in your videos. Does it even have colored wood inside. How old do you estimate he is? Will they use wood for carpentry or economic purposes?
Where it was not solid in the middle my guess is maybe around 300 yrs I'm sure they will be using the wood for lumber still will make some nice fine grain Doug fir lumber
