Riverdance, during their 25 anniversary has a brand new show all reimagined and a new soundtrack by Bill Whelan and the music we all know wow 25 yrs strong.
The last time I saw the show was in Fayatteville, NC and I met some of the dancers including one of the male troupe dancers: Darren Casey. he introduced me to some of the cast members including female lead dancer Amy-Mae Dolan and fiddler Pat Mangan. It was awesome.
the funny thing is that I have seen this show 2 times this year. And I can name some of the dancers. And that I have spoken to Bobby Hodges and another guy in the show named Jason O'Neill. And I told the flamenco dancer, Marta, that she was fantastic.
You’re correct, and it was all done at the theater. I didn’t edit any of this sound. The camera microphone picked up on sounds the audience couldn’t hear.
@@RJA_World Its actually kinda sad that in the Dublin and New York show, they had full on bands, but now they've just reduced themselves to 4 instruments trying to keep up with a recorded soundtrack....its like they're not even trying anymore
@@Bondmanproductions Yeah it's a great shame, kinda feels like a sham haha. I just don't understand why they were able to have full on bands in the show's early years but not now
I wish I knew the full cast from that year. All have retired from the show since then. Bobby Hodges is the only name I knew since he was a principal dancer.

The lead dancer is a light elemental.

100% There's definitely a backing track playing along with the library musicians.
