Fatal shooting press conference, part 1

ROCKFORD - Police Chief Chet Epperson said today that patrol officers Oda Poole and Stan North were involved in Mondays fatal shooting of 23-year-old Mark Anthony Barmore at Kingdom Authority International Ministries Church.
Mayor Larry Morrissey opened the news conference with an appeal.
Its important as a community we don't rush to judgment, he said.
Epperson vowed a thorough investigation.
