As someone who just took the PMP exam (2 days ago), I can say the questions presented here are very similar to the actual exam in terms of knowledge tested and difficulty level. In my opinion, the PMP practice exam is also a good resource, but it's easier than the actual exam. Ray's questions are very similar and a great resource. I didn't pass the exam (below target in 1 of 3 domains), but I'm going to study all of Ray's content for the next few weeks and I'm confident I'll pass on my next attempt.
This is very helpful because I've had a hard time on some of these questions in various videos with the wording/answer choices. So at least now I know what to expect and what to go over. You should be able to pass next time now that you've seen and been exposed to PMI's questions.
Ray, I passed the PMP in my first sitting yesterday. Your videos were a great resource, especially your monthly practice questions and answers but also a video you made cautioning aspirants not to be too encouraged by good mock scores or discouraged by bad ones. I purchased your mocks and Andrew Ramdayal’s mocks and I think only got over 75% once, 70% twice, and every other time was under that. Thank you for your thorough education to your viewers on thought processes and the importance of KNOWING the material and not just learning to guess.
Hi, I have read the book, 'Agile Practice Guide' and argue the answer choice for #1, a project manager's role in Agile projects is more of a Scrum master, who is a servant leader. The servant leader works to remove impediments/ blockers for the team. And in this case PO is accountable for communicating the team regarding any regulatory changes including working with the legal to find a way around if there's impact on the project. So the correct option in my opinion is #4, where a SM gets the PO remove that impediment for the team.
Thank you Ray Sir I passed my PMP exam today with all domains above target. Your videos helped me a lot. I recommend every aspirant to watch your videos and especially monthly quizzes. I purchased your Udemy Mock simulator that also made my concepts more clear. Your videos are great and helpful setting the *PMP MIND SET* once again thank you so much. ❤❤❤❤ Stsy blessed Sir you are the reason of success of many PMP aspirants and this journey may continue. ❤❤❤
Hi Ray, I passed the PMP exam on first attempt with Above Target. Thanks to your mock simulator. I practice all the tests. Most important two videos I loved lot are Change request process and Procurement contracts. Thanks again. 😊
5/5. Thank you, Ray. Questions are really of good quality and the way you're explaining the reasoning through concepts is master class. Waiting for the next session!
Hey Ray, Have a query around question 2, here we are talking about develop a plan in planning stage to create change log while monitoring. Don't you think this could be answer.
i tend to think that a good comms plan is essential (highlighted by the question that its a global team across different region) so that scope is well communicated, reviewed and approved, avoiding going into changes as much as possible.
Hi Mr Ray. I passed the PMP last week and would like to thank you for the videos and questions on the exam on your channel . The explanations clarified my concepts and helped me immensely. The question for the day is great as well.. Huge gratitude to you 🙏🏼
Nowadays, PMP and ACP are essentially the same. Anyone aiming for a PMP certificate should have a thorough understanding of agile methodologies. Simply put, it's advisable to skip the PMP and pursue the ACP directly. As a civil engineer, why do I need in-depth knowledge of agile? PMI Institute and trainers, including yourself, may believe that only IT professionals are attending PMP certification courses."
I took the certificate from you. Thank you first, but it became clear to me in the certificate that the duration of the course is 20 hours. This means that it does not qualify me for the international test at PMP because the basic conditions are to pass 35 training hours. Please explain.
Hi, please note that 35 hrs is inclusive of video content + practice test + self-learning. Please check the last module of my 35 PDU course where I have given a break-up of the 35 PDUs. This can be submitted to PMI if asked during an audit.
Hi, yes most of them are already covered in my Udemy course over the 35 hours of learning. However, the intent of the daily posts are for quick revision and snapshots of the same. Also, there are other items such as interview tips, PDU renewal etc. that will be covered in the membership community which are out of scope for the Udemy class.

Hi Many thanks for your comment. It takes a lot of courage & self-confidence to write about your failure and your plans to overcome it. Kudos to you!

Additionally it's not the PM/SM's job to do the backlog refinement or reprioritization as per the PMI

Thanks so much Ray. These questions are very helpful. I am getting 4 or 5 in all your questions. Wanted to check if these are real PMP exam questions?
Glad it was helpful! Yes, they are very similar to PMP exam. But legally no one allowed to publish real PMP questions other than PMI.
SIr, You explain very well,
Glad you like it! Thank you for watching and commenting!

If you are from civil background, it's best to go for PMP. Note that a sub-scope of a civil project can follow agile methodology.
