He wasn't being threatened to be sent off duty for questioning charges. It was because he was doing it in front of criminals. If he had done it after they were sent, there wouldn't have been an issue. Undermining other officers has been a major problem in the PD for a long time and HC are cracking down on it.

Something I've noticed is despite Wrangler being in a Leadership position, he treats his fellow officers almost as hostile as he treats crims. He literally threatened Aziz with the equivalent of jail for cops, not for anything concrete, but simply because he felt attacked and he felt like Aziz was talking shit. Not to mention that higher ups typically respect the digression of the arresting officer so as to not make them look bad in front of crims, and also because they are a player playing a game so to take their 95 would be to steal their RP and there fun for that scene, but Wrangler basically said "screw that I'm a Captain".
He threatened him to send him off duty. Which is pretty normal. You ever had a job? Backtalk a higher up in a meeting in front of others and see what happens.

The only thing you could maybe argue is "backtalk" is when Aziz was Rp checking Penta, but unless I'm mistaken, downed officers aren't suppose to be the AOs unless absolutely necassary, so the check might be justified.

Penta later on even questioned why Aziz is so concerned about the charges even went so far as to ask if he had a gg crim the dude doesn’t get it I even saw another cop say it was such a big stretch. The sad part this dude is going to hold Marty and jack the max amount of time allowed just because he feels like it they’ll go to court for a bail hearing jack and Marty will win but penta will be trying to find any little thing to throw them back in then on top of that they’ll go to court and win the case so all of this was for nothing because the charge is dumb it’s a huge stretch and it’s an abuse of power. Also when that goes to court with Bobby being able to tell his side of the story and X likely no showing for court it becomes a messy case to defend if they did push the charges.
Also X had previously snitched on CG with respect to a pic Mr. K sent to him of the amount of C4 in his pockets, but when he forwarded that to cops they realized it was photoshopped cause you can't physically carry that much C4 in your pocket, while it was K's pic in the cops eyes it was X who photoshopped the picture and provided them falsified evidence to try and push a false charge on CG, making him to be less believed any time he snitches in the future.

The judge is supposed to make sure everyone has a fair trial in court. Just because it doesn't say it isn't political doesn't mean it's political. So basically, he's throwing the charge and hope it sticks, and based on the Judges decision to approve it means that it is.
The judge only approved the hold which means they can push the charge. A different judge will actually hear the case and decided whether or not it's terrorism.

The police is part of the government their vote is just as valued as a normal person/crim. They are not part of a political party. What makes a situation political stated in nopixle rules, is when someone attacks a member of government/political party because of religion/political reasons. Does Wrangler think police officers are politicians? What is he even talking about? The only way that this could be interpreted as terrorism is that they were targeting and terrorizing a specific group of people, but that is not how the terrorism charge is really written. For it to really be terrorism in the City it would need to be religiously or politically motivated and having a vendetta against any particular group does not make what you do politically motivated unless that group is the Mayor and his Cabinet.
