After watching the series of videos, I realized that UX is fundamentally about empathy and plain common sense. Thank you, Chethan, for the amazing guidance🙏
Hey Chethan, I wathced all the videos you uploaded yesterday and i learnt sooo much, Thanks a ton. Is this part of some course that you have launched somewhere?
@@DesignPilot Oh alrightt!! You started the video by calling it a loom video, so i thought it was snippets of some other course. This was super helpful!! Thanks a ton
Always something awesome to learn from your content.. .Would love to see your process, how you work on problem statement, like you share on your Instagram page on thrursday.🙂
Forgot to ask, are we going to adopt this same strategy for the other screens of the app and can you please make a video using this same strategy for web products...thanks design pilot, forgot to mention, you were and still one of my design mentors when I started my design journey back in 2020. Kudos to you bro
"Problem Statement Current recharge processes are time-consuming and not as user friendly. There is a need to design a simple, efficient & quick checkout process for a user". ,,,, Hi, brother this is the problem statement which is given by someone, in this problem statement I know who are my users, and I am also the user that is why I validate the problem statement so ask my friends and family, how they recharge there mobile, wi-fi recharge, etc, they told me this is very easy,,,,,, search the number send the money, so I want to know how I tackle this problem statement?
If you don’t find problems, then maybe not worth solving. Or maybe if you can find a better way that users are okay with switching to, then you can solve it. For example, when you book a flight, you book economy class. But if someone gives you a free upgrade to business class you will accept it. Similarly if users okay with switching their current behaviour and methods to another solution you come up with, then consider solving it.

Nope. This is all. There is no course as such. Think of this as a mini course
