I am getting my a6400 in about a week from now and can't wait to start experimenting with all kinds of photography, especially long exposure shots. Love your content and am going to keep watching your other videos man.
I love tagging along on your photo walks. But how do you stay safe out on the streets of NY day or night with (or without) camera gear? I live an hour from Chicago and I won't go near that city in broad daylight even without my camera. Stay safe my friend. I really enjoy your videos.
Yo thanks for checking out the content. Honestly I’ve never really had a problem. I try to keep my head on a swivel but honestly I’ve never really been nervous before. If you check out my latest video in Harlem I had a little conflict with someone but I just kept it cool and it worked out. If I’m going out at night I try to hit spot I know I won’t have any trouble. Last night I shot another pov in the financial district like this one and it’s honestly really chill in that area. Again thanks for checking out the content. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed coming along for the journey
Eh not really, I do think it’s one of the better looking skyscrapers in the city. I also like lower manhattan so tend to end up around it. Might as well grab a shot if I can
Love your work! How safe is the Battery Park area at night? I'm headed there soon and will be staying not too far from that location. I'd love to shoot it at night as well.
The battery park area is probably one of safest areas for night photography that I’ve been too in the city. I’ve never experienced any problems or felt unsafe at anytime
@@PhotoTripps23 I’m so late to this comment but leading lines IS a compositional technique. Idk what misinformation this person is trying to spread to hate on “Instagram” photographers 😭😭😭

We want you to do video edits like you do photos
Do you have the location of the bridge you were at please around the 5 minute mark . Excellent videos , just subbed . Thanks
Appreciate the sub 🤙🏻 the bridge is right across from the main entrance of the battery park parking garage
Random But do you have an obsession with the freedom tower. Almost All the vids you try and get a snap of the tower lol
Eh not really, I do think it’s one of the better looking skyscrapers in the city. I also like lower manhattan so tend to end up around it. Might as well grab a shot if I can
Hi beautiful spots. When looking at Hugh L. Carey Tunnel on maps it's take me to Governors Island ? Do you have the specific location please ?
It’ll take you below Brooklyn into Long Island

@@PhotoTripps23 Thanks so much for the info! I hope to see you out on the street!
Absolutely Man and no problem
Great shots. What was your metering)
I just use the average metering from the camera. When I shoot film I’m more diligent with my metering
🔥images. Do u recollect where the bridge is at 4:08?
It’s right across from the battery park parking garage on the east side of the freedom tower
what's that orange plate u have on ur camera called ?
It’s an L bracket from 3 legged thing. Just helps switching the orientation of the camera on the tripod quicker
@@PhotoTripps23 Thanks bro , love your tones btw. That blue is a killer keep up the good work
@@DAxBOSSxJOKER I appreciate it Man 🙏🏻
Do you have lightroom presets ?
Currently I don’t have any up for sale
@@PhotoTripps23 would you ever do a lightroom tutorial?
I’ve been thinking about doing a Lightroom tutorial video I just need to microphone for my desk setup
@@PhotoTripps23 thanks mate, I would appreciate it!
Did you instagram photographers just make terms up? Never heard of "leading lines"
Maybe it’s not the “technical” term but it’s just the use of different elements in the foreground the help lead the viewers eye to the subject
