I love overdrive pedals better than most distortions cause they don't sound like a mozzi in heat. Overdrive keeps a lot of nuances, clearity and thickness to the tone. Thanks for the tips !

Here’s a funny story… when I was a kid I ordered a Robert keeley modded boss ds-1 with the “seeing eye” mod a la Steve Vai as he used at the time. I plugged it in to the clean channel of my Marshall and thought it would change my life, that luscious leads would cascade in to the room. Boy was I disappointed. The truth of it was I had no clue how to use this amazing gear properly and I got rid of it. 😢😢😢 I’m a lot older and wiser now…. 😅

A friend of mine once made a COT 50 burst clone for me as a way to repay the time I gifted him a couple of ticket to go see U2. I wonder where is that pedal now, I can't remember, but I liked it a lot. A simple pedal for a simple man, one switch and one knob.
Mate I’m having this exact problem using a boss GT1 going into a Blackstar ID Core. Using the fx loop and fiddling around with the gt1 settings - sounds either like a telephone or like a pillow is over the speaker. I’ll try it through the input.

I use a God knows how old it is Korg AX-1000G effects processor, a BOSS 7 band EQ and sometimes a Dunlop Original Crybaby Wah. My guitars are nowhere near me computer (I have no space for one in my guitar room) so I don't use plugins. That being said, I'm still THE BEST riffman. 🙂
I can never make up my mind lol. I have 6 drive pedals on my board and love switching and stacking lol. I run this into the front of 3 amps, all drive pedals of course run through a Noise gate (Revv G8). I probably spend more time messing around with different drive settings now then playing lol. I want the plugin to start experimenting with my pedals in front of it. All this with the intention of creating a tasty tone if you know what I mean😏 (of course you know HAHAHA love your tone mate). Also, I would love to practice while the Archetype McRocklin is launch 🙄🙄

I deserve this plugin because my fastest lead is so slow that I play only one note per minute. Think of me as the Gary Moore of shred. I will appreciate the plugin more because I have longer notes than anyone else.
