Rajesh Khanna was the first superstar - Ability to fill in cinema halls just by his presence. Amitabh is an equally amazing actor perhaps even greater but most of his superhits are multi star films. Rarely he was the only actor in a film
I won't say amar akbar Anthony, coolie, naseeb, muqaddar ka Sikandar, suhaag multi starrer, those movies belongs to Amitabh. Equally amazing, Amitabh miles ahead than Khanna.
@@Sudipta-hq3wy Naseeb and Coolie had Rishi Kapoor, MKS had Vinod Khanna, Suhaag had Shashi Kapoor. I would consider them multi starrer films and those films had a huge pull on the audience. Amitabh did really well in those movies. The current definition of stardom is determined by the ability of a star to fill theatres - SRK, Salman and other such idiots. Rajesh Khanna was the pioneer of this term.

Rajesh Khanna in 10000 years can't even imagine roles like akhree raasta, agneepath, black, pink, piku, sarkar, badla, zanjeer etc. That Khanna is nothing without kishore kumar. Where as deewar, zanjeer, agneepath had no kishore kumar songs. Can you imagine Khanna doing stuf like what the Amitabh Bachchan did in paa. Where he played role of 13 year old boy. It's pitty that you consider naseeb, mks, coolie multlistarrer. Rishi, vinod were his boots. Than in that case anand also multistarrer.
Who is 💯 prefect in height, hairstyle, face, dynamic voice, outstanding personality, appearance on the silver screen, highest energy level, highest level of the confidence, instant action and reaction, as a anchor, stable in all generations, charisma, commond on the language, facial expressions, body language, lip movements etc etc. there is only one actor who fulfill all these criterias. Others movies - music = average movies.
