7:26 i think the hydro sovereign can indeed control the primordial sea, because the "heart" of the primordial sea is the hydro sovereign and they hold full authority over the primordial sea. it's like the primordial sea is the blood of the hydro sovereign, because before that, all living things came from the primordial sea and the first hydro sovereign was the original teyvat "god of life" this is a great video, i'm glad the sovereigns is getting a lot of hype (as someone who has been a sovereigns stan since Enkanomiya was released💙)
