Control freak, from day one. This Fung is a horrible male chauvinist. He targeted Rose, fallow her every move, finds out where she lives and work. Lies about rented rooms. Pretends to be gentlemen. Once he got her, he wants to dictate to her, trying to be little her. He thinks he owns her, just because they are married. Rose was very fiesty,impulsive and very immature when she was with Eric, when she trash his apartment, he was ok about it, he had only just started his career and he wants Rose to be in the same page. I think Eric is a better fit in the long run.
No idea why Rose never fought Fung like she did with Eric. Eric always was truthful with Rose.
I liked him even despite his morher until I saw his office. Divorce him. He got on my last nerve.
Morher in law is doing her best to break them up, l feel, forever wanting and getting money from her son but always telling him to never let his wife know how much money he has and dont let her spend any, plus earlier telling him pretty much what ever his wife has should be his, and he should secretly hide money away and never tell Rosie. Doing her utmost to undermine any chance of a reasonable relationship with him.
I like the story, but feel parts drag abit, they could have had this relationship end earlier instead of having it drag out for years, and its a shame she didnt get to have the child with the man she loves and who truly loves her, if what lve read about in the blurbs, it the third man to come into her life, but seems there could be a sad ending to that one, if thats the case, shame it wasnt with him she had the child, so she would always have apart of him.
Anyway jumping the gun here, but waiting to see how it all ends up.
