They do not, I have had various Jellycat, both brand new and second hand, none have ever shed their 'fur' and given the price of them, you certainly would not expect for them to shed.
Cheaper toys often do shed but I've had the fluffy bunny rabbits, an octopus, a unicorn and others and for me, none ever shed, even tugging on the material won't shed - I think this is good because some people give them to babies and young children so the loose fluff could hurt a child.
      Worth the money I'd say

They don’t tend to shed. I have had a few jellycat bunnies that have lost some pieces of fur on the arms and and a bit around the ears when I first bought them-but this isn’t noticeable.

Jellycat will usually specify the very few plushies who shed a little shortly after production. They are designed for older children. But almost all do not shed at all and they have wonderful different plush textures fitting the design 🥰
