  • Joe Biden's two worst moments from the debate set Donald Trump up for great zingers. Meanwhile, Biden only had one comeback that he used the whole night. Here's why these zingers matter.

      I thought his most effective moments were the ones he directly addressed Biden. There was this really sincere concern and a level of respect even in the criticism telling him what he’s doing. I think he hinted that he felt bad having to debate him at certain moments. He came across compassionate but honest when directly addressing him to me

However, instead of crying about it like honestly I would’ve expected Trump to, he completely changed strategies and was like “Ok, I honestly don’t even need to talk all that much anyways, let Biden talk for more than 5 seconds and he’s already going downhill in his train of thinking.”

    My father in law who is the same age as Biden, is a hard-core leftist. He has had the same arguments the last 20 years. Totally ignorant to facts. And when we debated, he was always going angry when his arguments got short. He never promoted his party's views, only going against the other side. A couple of years ago, when we debated windmills, he became silent and said. "You know a lot about this," I said. "Yes, I have read a lot on the subject." we never had a discussion about this again. And more of the climate stuff did go this way. In another discussion about a proposal from a party that smartphones should be banned in schools, and the use of surfpads should be limited before 4th grade due to the children should be used to read books, and using pens for writing. I pointed out that it was not a law taken by the government but a proposal from one of the parties in the government on their convention. I did know it was not a law, but the discussion was out there. He didn't believe me, so 10 seconds on the phone, I got the answer. He went silent and after a couple of minutes he rose up, and angered said. "Why must You always be right?" And eent away. Those discussions sums very well how the left tries to argue, very little fact and consequences, a lot of feelings and wishes.

    I find it funny when people say it’s choosing the lesser of two evils. I’m not even American but it barely even seems like a choice at this point, it’s like “choosing” between a perfectly fine steak and a literal pile of excrement for your next meal.

    • @khanglieu4384
      @khanglieu4384 18 дней назад

      To further the analogy, some people choose only based off emotions, so theyd say that eating steak is evil bc an animal died and then proceed to sniff and eat the excrement to feel virtuous.
      They see, hear, and in this case smell the problem, yet their brain can’t acknowledge how to solve the problem so they choose(vote) the only way they have been conditioned to.
      Quite unfortunately how many dung sniffers there are that will blindly vote Joe

    Totally disagree on the golf moment. I think Trump just snapped out of it first and realized how bad it looked, which is why he said _they_ shouldn't act like children. He did get a minor point for having that belated awareness, but it was in an attempt to salvage the situation. Otherwise, though, I think DJT did pretty well overall and I'm relieved that's the case.

    I think Biden’s disaster of a debate actually took away from how great Trump was. He was calm, composed, and articulated his plans clearly. And he still was “Trump”, just in a restrained way. His facial expressions were solid gold. I actually liked this version of Trump. As stated, this made the zingers even better and more funny

    I met Trump once many years ago before he even ran for President here in Scotland my home country and Trumps Golf Course "Turnberry Golf Course" its about 25mins away from my housez he also has another at St. Andrews aswell, but wow what a guy he was so polite and kind to me and my family even offered us a room for free in The Turnberry Hotel but he invited us in for food inside and also gave us some golfing tips i was only about 16 at the time and he was trying to give me life lessons and advice such a cool guy. If i could vote in America Trump would have my vote for sure but im a scottish so that's not happening, but as on outsider looking in on whats happening right now in the U.S.A people are laughing at the fact "the most powerful nation in the world" has an absolute bafoon for a President.
