I will always say that Angie was the reason I became my own boss and purchased my own travel agency. *DREAM BIG*
The great thing about the smaller videos is that they actually stay in your brain 🧠 they don’t get pushed out with information overload !! I was sitting looking at my goals and realised it is that 9-5 that’s the reason I not achieving what I want because it sucks time and energy from my day .. my role is around the clock there is not even space for mental clarity. I’ve resigned from my post so in the new year I will be able to move forward with considerably more freedom to pursue my dreams.
Im a little behind - I suffer fainting spells & am recovering from a rocky month. Since my birthday September 1st it's been one tragedy after another and fainted yesterday and missed the launch. I'm here now, catching up, in probably the kindest community I jump into every fall. Happy belated Angie, let's GLOW everyone 🧡🎃🫶🏽
When I first learned the "Protecting my peace" from you, I un friended a lot of people on Facebook, I stopped following certain people on platforms and I focused on positive things. I didn't give the negative a chance to ruin my day.

Totally down for this! My goals are Declutter 5 min a day during the week M-F I want more me time so I’m going to wake up 15 minutes earlier M-Sat I want to meditate every day and I can do that for 10 minutes after my walk. We have a nice chair on our porch and it’s so peaceful.
I've have my list and I'm prepared to shut the world out for the rest of October to work on my goals. We can to this!🎃🎃 Thank you Angie and Andre. Thank you everyone for your kindness.🙏🏻
I feel a little different in that I’m totally happy with my job and don’t have plans to leave it, but what was said today really helped me in setting a good path to meet a big goal for that job! And, ironically enough, that should happen at the end of this month!!!

Day 2...I am in a different season of life where I no longer struggle with not being intentional about my day but was TOTALLY there just a few years ago. I do struggle with being selfish about my needs and wants and tend to put everyone else before me. I am excited to make my Glowup Goals!!

Goals are hard for me personally. It feels like it should be easy when they are thing you do want, but sticking to them is very hard for me. I do have big changes happening in 2025 though that I'm hoping will bring me back to myself more. I need to get ready for the changes that are coming my life so those will be my main goals. I do have a couple fun things that I've wanted, but never stay committed enough to achieve so we can add some of those to the list as well. I will stick with my goals and complete the actionable steps to make my dreams a reality. Good luck to everyone! ✨

I want to move more. It’s hard sometimes when I’m watching my grandkids Monday through Friday. I feel stick in the loop keeping them entertained. They are fun but it’s hard to grab a few minutes for myself. I’m going to try to get up early and do some moving before they arrive. You would think it would be easy but I have a hard time getting up in the morning. I’ve always been a night person. Well today I got up and was downstairs at 6 am. I feel productive. One day down. 🎉
