I think the real problem was that they did well on Keith’s character development but they didn’t for lance cause by the end of the show a girl that didn’t love him for 8 FUCKING seasons finally got with him and it just messed it up, it all failed in season 3 when Keith fucked of to the blade and lance didn’t show any signs of caring. I’ve learnt this from another video which explains why it didn’t happen cause of the character development

Tbh. They had so many moments in the first two seansons. And suddenly when klance became too popular they just decided: nah these two characters with the most interesting dynamic will just never interact ever again. Like seriously? Even if u don’t make it Canon. Altersteilzeit let them have some moments??! (In the later seasons)
Voltron held much of potential. In my opinion seasons 1, 2 and 3 were the best for the start. After that though, the seasons became rushed and unsteady; making the viewers confused. Many of those fans also wanted Keith and Lance to be together by the endgame. Since they’ve shown a lot of improvement in their relationship throughout the series. However, that didn’t happen and many outraged with that fact. Especially since Shiro’s fiancé Adam was killed off immediately at the start of season 7. The creators of Voltron apologized for the incident, even if Voltron had its bad terms-it was still many people’s childhood.
So let me get this straight😤Lance who dreamed of being a pilot then in the last season lost the girl who saw him as a friend and only went to him for comfort...then making him into a farmer and think bout his ex-love instead of moving on and loving someone else like i relate to Lance character sm it hurts me to know that he didn't get much of a happy ending ik real life inside that but Keith on the other hand could have made Lance happier than Allura ever did...istg they need to redo the show again
