Looks like this house will be really amazing when it's done! And quite nice in the meantime. Love the layout where you enter at the top and go down towards bedrooms/private areas.

Thank you 😊 yes it was a massive deciding factor that the design /layout was so good - just made sense (so many places we visited, the design/shape was just so irregular we knew renovation-wise be an added headache & extra cost) 😅 being liveable straight away was a huge plus too & being structurally sound 🙏🏻
