I love this message so much. I live in Northwest Florida and have a couple of big milkweed plants that have been covered with caterpillars. I have had many cocoons that I have been able to watch and contemplate. Such an amazing process of absolute complete change. I had so many caterpillars that they ate almost every single leaf. It's cold right now and I had to cut the plants back but there was one caterpillar that was continuing to eat the leaves and blossoms that I was able to place around it. Yesterday this caterpillar was still alive and eating the few little leaves that I've set around it. I had to cover the plant due to the extreme cold we're having right now . Yesterday it was still alive and eating what was left .I'm in awe of this caterpillar. This was such a beautiful message about waking up in a new world completely transformed. All we need is the willingness to let go of the old and allow the new. Oh the brave caterpillar showing us the way!
Milkweed is my favorite to help out with the butterfly population! Those will grow back all by themselves. I've cut mine back before but then I realized I didn't need to! And once they eat all the stuff it'll regenerate on its own too. They call it a weed for a reason but I absolutely love it

Because if it didn’t serve a purpose, we wouldn’t be experiencing it. And then we clear the shadow we find. I have book recs on my website for shadow work and I do this in session.
