    Sir my body weight is 53-54
    My squat is 102kgs
    Deadlift - 130kgs
    Bench -55kgs

    High bar m jo pichli baar set tha vo ni laga to low bar karne ki soch rha tha, fir yaad aaya lower back problem h to nahi ho payega😅🤣

    2. Aur main lift exercise(squats) k alava jo exercise h(like leg extention) uske ke reps aur sets bhi 3 hone chahiye kya?

      I'm doing 3 reps in main lift and also in other exercises
      Confused about if I should do 3 reps in other exercises 😥

      @@karan8995 bhai zyada mat soch iske baare me unless tumko isi line me carrer banana hai, bas ek program se stick hokar raho then change kr do after 6 months ya weight bada lo thoda sa to progress......
