At first glance, I didn't find him to be attractive bcs I was mostly used to the traditional anime faces. BUT THEN THE MORE I LOOKED AT HIM THE MORE INTERESTED I BECAME. I started stalking everything about him before even watching hxh. I searched every youtube video about him, tried to understand his personality, read his wikipage more than 10 times. AND THEN THAT'S WHEN I FOUND THE BEAUTIFUL EDITS AND AMVS. And then I found the wonderful fanfics and lovely traumatising doujinshis. And now my sexuality is hisoka. 💧👄💧

With that being said, I dont think he realizes how hot he is. He looks so good without the makeup and hair. But ofc, hisoka is sooo ethereal none the less and he's really attractive in his own way..
