When you caramelize sugar, at the beginning mix the sugar and water well without heat. Then turn on the heat and do not stir until the color turns to golden or amber. Stirring while the sugar is changing to caramel will cause crystallization.

Gustong gusto ng mga anak ko yan Ms. Janette.Yan madalas nmin bilhin sa bakery,mas ok cguro kung ako mismo gagawa para palaging bagong luto.Di lang talaga afford ng oven.Pangarap ko po matagal na ang oven kasi bukod sa gustong gusto ko mkapagbake malakingbtulong ang oven para makapagsimula ng ibang business aside from puto.Steamer lng po kasi meron ako ngaun,bgay ng isang kaibigan.Yun po ginagamit ko sa bisiness ko,kaya gusto ko po talaga mgkaoven para madagdagan pa mga ibenenta ko.Maraming salamat Ms. Janette nakakainspire po kasi ang vlog nyo.Isa po ito sa ngbbgay daya sa tulad ko na mhilig mluto.Walang sawa po akong mg aabang ng mga ss mga videos nyo.God bless po❤🙏❤

i did try caramelizing the sugar twice just like how you did on your video.. but it turns into crystal.... i just waste 2 cups of white sugar... Ending....i did not proceed anymore..
