Very cool! Seems there are multiple ways to do it. I started with 5 arrow towers: 2 top left, 2 top right, 1 bot right) and only 1 mage in the middle spot. Sold the melee guys. Added a second mage in the overgrown spot later. Main problem is managing the spawners and the guys that turn into flying fortresses before they get too far. And spam abilities. Also, a few monsters still spawned but the money helps a lot. Still very tough.
The key to beating this level on iron is to not let those mini octopi pile up in that purple pool where they make those tanky walking monsters. Set up archer towers up front and put reinforcements to kill the octopi before they jump in the lake.
The only thing why you're winning this because of your massive stroke of luck (discount perk always successful every time you upgrade the tower and the hero's spell instantly recharged almost every time)
Really nice! If I am not mistaken, Favorite Customer seems to be triggering 3 times on the first Eldritch Channeler placed. Anyone trying to replicate this strategy, please note that you will be reselling a lot to get this setup.

Tried atleast 200 times trying to replicate the strategy.. almost at my breaking point 😔

this level is the biggest bullshit i've seen in the entirety of the kingdom rush series, and i've beaten nightfang swale iron on vet
