3:23 Rick, you may hit the toggle key after entering your 1x10^-3 expression, but BEFORE hitting "Enter" key, and your TI will bypass the fraction and go directly to the decimal answer.

My calculator doesn't seem to turn my scientific notation equation into decimal form when the power is more than 9. For example, I tried to get the decimal form for 1x10^18 but my calculator just gives me back my scientific notation. Super confused.
