Fact check: the region is around 400,000 sq miles, not 400 like she said. Also (aside from the Natives) this region was settled by Canadians already living in Canada, not Europeans.
I am From Lac St jean and the biggest attraction in Lac St Jean is the Lake, all she did is show the tourist traps , so much more to Saguenay Lac St jean, but the best way to see it is to get a guide From that region.

to be honest, the region is quite cheap, and you can travel there on a budget. it's not that far from the US as well
